RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if still in original packaging and have been unopened.

 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund/exchange any items which have been opened.

 

Please message ASAP if you receive an incorrect or faulty order and a return will be arranged.

 

We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning any goods, as we cannot be held accountable for the loss of a return. Returned delivery costs will only be refunded if the fault is ours due to faulty/incorrect goods being delivered.
